The better half is wanting to plan our "summer vacation" and I told her it depends on the schedule. Is there ANY possibility of a July race anywhere?

Is North Star holding the Sept. 20 date for us or a better offer? What's the latest?

That 1320X deal at the motorplex is going on, but there is no way any of our cars would be competitive with their drag radial rules.

We don't have anything in July YET! But, who knows, the new track Barnes is buliding is coming along when he gets it done, we may have more this year, just have to wait and see. Also, Northstar was very pleased with the show we put on saturday. So maybe they will ask us back sooner.....

Nate Pritchett of PINKS is "running" these events. It will be at Motorplex July 3 & 4 I believe. May be a neat deal...maybe.

It would be cool for an extreme street car with a drag radial on it. 2700 lb weight break for small blocks and pretty much unlimited power adders pretty much takes us (T/S)out of the game. We are too heavy and power adder restrictions won't work in our current configuration.

But, an E/S car, if they could get the car to work with a 315 or a 325 D/R would have a good shot.

You can bet there will be some 7 second D/R players at this one. I would imagine most of the really fast ones are L/S trim cars with a Drag Radial.
