Outlaw Limited Street:

I was thinking on dropping some weight in the car and buying some tires. I am not willing to drop a second seat in the car, because of the non OLS races this year. I would be happy to do so if the number of races increase. Since Kennadle is not supporting the OLS and we has such late notification on races, I would like to see a wavier for Denton.

Everyone else in the class will have 2 front seats. Why should a consession be made for one car owner and not a different consession for another car owner on some other issue that they may want changed? Can you see where this leads if consessions are made for one car owner just because they don't want to do whatever the rules say? The number of races are going to increase. This is a hot class and it's going to get hotter and bigger. So go buy another seat and come race.

I sorry but letting it go for one race should not be an issue. I will not be racing then. Was hoping to help with car count. I guess you think money is never an issue. Switching back & fourth between KOTH and TT5 an't cheap.

How do I get my membership money refunded?

wasn't there something said about nitious bottles iin the passeger seat area, instead of a seat for nitrous cars? This was brought up awhile back, but I did not see anything in the rules about it.

Depending on the success of the May 19th race, we will be running Limited Street 4-5 times this year. Also looking at a big money race before the season ends.

I personally don't the need for the 2 front seat rule since turbo cars don't have 2 front seats. It's Cedric's call on this one. Call me and I will give you his #. 817-991-2386

David, I talked to Cedric and the decision is that you can race with one seat for this race. But for the second race you will have to be like the other cars with 2 seats. That gives you 2 months until the next L/S race at North Star to get another seat. We try to work with racers and we are a little more lax than ORSCA Limited Street on some rules. We try to stay in line with what ORSCA is doing to a point.

I guess that POINT is when it comes to having the organizations fastest class run in a "limited" amount of races. I swear this "STUF" makes no sense. You will never see ORSCA tell Lynch and Hill, "hey guys we are only going to run you 5 times this year, and if you can try and find someone to take over you class."

IMO....the DFW area just doesnt have enough Limited Street cars at the time, to have a competitive 8 car field in limited street it means there needs to be some racers travel in from houston, etc. Problem with that is many racers will not drive in to race on a friday night which is when a majority of TTT5 races are held. Which equals a low car count and in return not all tracks want to run a Limited Street class with TTT5 because of that.
