I have a few questions i hope to get answered
1 can the front frame rails be cut off in front of the control arms.

2 can trucks have roll pans in the rear

3 can the rear frame be notched up for clearence of the rear end housing so it don't hit when lowered as long as the location is factory

Yes, on the roll pan.

#3, probably so - but we actually need to see it.

Question 1 needs some clarification. Why are the front frame rails chopped off?

What vehicle are we talking about?

Post pics of the areas in question, maybe we can decide based on them.
