Has any consideration been given to allow a dominator in True Street?

I know some Big Block guys would like to see that happen, but I think certain rules are set in stone, and should be for a reason.

Out with old, in with the new.

No, there will never be a dominator allowed as far as I know. At some point in time you have to step back and take a good look at the rules. Once you allow dominators, motorplates, and wheelie bars - the only thing seperating you from E/S is a set of tires. So, like mentioned above, some rules are 'set in stone'......

That sound good and well, so why on earth did they include ladder bars? Talk about getting close to E/S!

To try and let more cars in the class and let the slower cars in ES have a chance in another class. Also if you look you have to add 100lbs for ladder bars.

That is true Derek, and for the records, I don't "like" the ladder bars either - but we need to focus on the interest of the class - not what we want for our own personal interests. I'd bet this season you see some .50's once the tires are figured out.

What if you are back halfed with a stock frame in fornt and behind. I have one on latter bars with stock front- interior, 10" Radials and SBC. Will they let it run if TS?

How can you have a backhalf with stock frame rails in stock location? When I hear backhalf, I think new frame rails moved inward from stock location...please clarify. BTW, ONLY the 275-60 radials are allowed or the 28x11.5 ET Streets.
