Hybrid cars are allowed with one execption. LSx engines can only be used in a chassis in which they were available OEM.

Yes, as Luke said, the rules were discussed at the meeting, changed and rechanged. The hybrids are allowed last I checked. The only exception bieng the LS1 conversions (they are only allowed in OEM applications).
