| I believe up until this last race they have been unable to get a 16 car field consistently. But there was 17 at this last race. I sure hope the counts keep going up for both classes. |

Kind of up to the track and the board, I believe they have run a 12 car field before, Just depends on how many show up. It was a 16 car field at Denton last Saturday. |

| X/S is based on a 16 car field. We have ran a 16 car field all year. |

we ran a 16 car ladder all year except for the first race in kennedale. because of a problem on the track we ran a 8 car ladder so we could make curfew. car count is usually 14-16 cars but the fewest i can remember is 12 for any races i have been to. check around with any other heads up series in the area. i believe we have the largest and most consistant car counts. the top ten cars are usually only seperated by about 2 tenths so it makes for some good competition. |

Guess I misunderstood you...I thought you were trying to find out how many cars usually show up. It's designed around a 16 car field, the total amount of cars just depends on the entries. Kind of like T/S it's designed around an 8 car field, but sometimes not that many show up. But, also I think once this year we even ran 10, that was at Denton I believe. |

| All E/S races are based on a 16 car field. But at Kennedale, we have to make adjustments sometimes to abide by their curfew. At Denton we usually run whoever shows up for T/S and 16 in E/S. This last saturday we had a total of 20 show for E/S and 8 for T/S.... |

| So the top qualifiers which is 16 get to run? If the car count is 20 what is the number? Is is a all run kind of deal? If there were 17 cars in denton and 16 cars qualified, then one racer did not run???? |

| it has never been an "all run" program. we take the top 16 unless there is a time problem like in kennedale. (which has only happened once that i can remember) |

Reason, that i am asking is because I live down here in the Houston area. There a class called Ultimate Street, I think they allow turbo cars, and i feell that I could travel to Dallas to race to also. But I want to make sure that my car can fit both classes on its final completion. I was hoping to be ready for there race at Evadale but my tranny was in Galveston @ Transking during the storm. They are down right now. but they told me that will take care of me as soon they can get back up and running. I told them no hurry, I got 6 trees to get out of my yard. first before I go anywhere. Thanks |

There is one car that used to run in E/S a couple times this year. He has since backhalved that car. As long as the frame rails are still it, and it meets all the other rules in Extreme...bring it up. I'm sure everybody would like to see more turbo cars. |

You are right on the car count. It dosen't matter how many cars show up to race, only the top 16 will make the ladder. As for Turbos, we have had a couple run with us but not very many. If you have more questions, try to come to the meeting we always have at the end of the year. The date and location has not been set yet, but this is where all the rules & regulations will be cussed and discussed for the future. If you want your voice heard, this will be the place for it. Hope to see you race with us soon...... |
