Not much has changed since the pics I posted in December. They've reworked the soil in the pit area in the past week and looks like it is ready to have base put down. But with the weather over the last few days that may or may not happen.

My guess is that it will not be ready in the spring; more likely mid-summer.

When I drove by yesterday evening they had been dumping base for the pit area. That is the last area that needs to be prep'd for concrete. If the weather holds they could possibly start pouring concrete in the next couple of weeks.
