Actually, it never was on the books as a confirmed date. No August race in Denton. But we have a race on the 3rd Friday at Kennedale with E/S and T/S.

| TXR only wants to run E/S and T/S. We ran L/S last year and didn't get the car counts needed to keep it going. So it was decided this year at our Friday night races at Kennedale we would just run the 2 classes. |

It would be nice. But for whatever reason, TXR decided to give Top Sportsman our Friday night on the odd months. I have to think they are regreting that decision because Outlaw Top Sportsman does not draw a crowd like we do. Oh well, we got other tracks wanting to run us every month next year on Saturdays.
