Subject: Big blocks with Forced Induction

Why are big blocks not allowed with forced induction? Its not like nitrous, where a 200 shot will always net you ~200hp, you are limited by the turbo/blower. If a turbo/blower is rated at ~100lbs/min, the engine will not make any more than ~1000hp than that regardless of size (it will fluctuate a little bit actually, favoring the smaller engine depending on the P/R).
FYI not complaining, just asking.

I don't see in the rules for True Street that you can't use a F1R or turbo on a big block. Am I missing something?
