Hey guys, I was thinking about fielding another car in T/S next year with someone else driving. Only problem is, it is a truck body. The rules say no lexan. Is there a way to get the rear tubes for the cage through glass? If not, would there be any way to run a truck? Thanks, David |

| I am preety sure it is allowed, Mike Ried ran an s-10 in true street a few years back and I am 90% sure it had a lexan back window with the bars going threw it. |

May I ask what type of truck you want to build? The reason I am asking, is because we did have an s-10 run one year and his width was narrower than all other cars. We had to totally reset the scales to weigh it and then I don't know how true the wieght was, only that he was able to make his legal weight. But, everyone had to wait because of the size difference and scaling. So, if you are going to build something different, PLEASE, know what your measurments both from axel to axel and from center of tire to center of tire are so we will be able to set the scales up for you. | It's a luv. As far as measurements go,I could get my chassis guy to get exact measurements and keep them in the car if that would help. |

Do you know if the axel width is the same as a regular car, say nova or camaro. If the axel width is the same as any other car, then we won'thave any trouble at all. If the truck will be narrower, that is when you will need your width measurement at the scales. Thanks, Donna |
